Travelers From Uganda To Dubai now Test Twice for Covid-19
Dubai is one of the world’s most visited destinations. Known for its luxurious shopping malls and vibrant nightlife, Dubai is home to the largest airport in the United Arab Emirates.
It welcomes millions of travelers daily from various parts of the World. People from countries like Uganda visit this beautiful place for holidays, business, and labor expatriates.
To reduce the Covid-19 spread, the government of UAE directed all airline companies that offer Uganda to Dubai flight services to ask all passengers for a negative Covid-19 PCR test done four hours before the flight time.
Right now, EBB to UAE travelers must have a PCR test done and valid for 24 hours from the time of collection (required by Entebbe airport immigration department) and another test done four hours before the flight time ( needed by the plane operator like fly emirates, fly Dubai, Brussels and more).
If you don’t have these two results, expect to miss your trip. On Tuesday afternoon, over 100 passengers missed their flight to the United Arab Emirates due to delayed test results from Safari laboratory. Don’t be a victim, do it as it’s required.
