Busiest Hours at Entebbe international Airport
Heading to Kitaasa road along the shores of Lake Victoria, you find Entebbe Airport, the main operating area in Uganda for all international flights. It’s used by travelers who come in and out of Uganda. EBB Airport is active 24 hours. So you can use it at any time whether during day or at night. There are planes that land during day time and those that land at night.
Below I explain the hours of the day when this aviation facility experiences too much traffic of both people and cars.
Two large and mostly used planes popularly known as Emirates and Qatar Airways touch the grounds of EBB at 2:25 and 2:15 PM respectively. Since too many people come in at that time, it is not hard to understand the reason for crowding at arrivals and in the parking area.
Starting from noon to 4:00 PM, you can’t believe the congestion at the Entebbe Airport. Many motorists enter the Airport to welcome their visitors. The parking area is flooded with cars and a wealth of people standing with placards at the arrivals waiting area.
It’s ever hard to get in and out. To avoid the confusion, be sure to reach the Airport parking lot before 12:00 PM especially if you have a departure flight to find. Failure to do this, expect to get stuck at the gate. The rest of the hours like in the morning, late evening, and night are traffic free.
