MTN Omondi (Lugogo)
This is the home of the KCCA, one of the top teams in the Star times Uganda premier league. The pitch is in Lugogo near Naguru hospital, UMA show ground, Cricket oval, and the notable Kyadondo rugby grounds. It is 7 km from Mandela national stadium and 5km from the center of the capital.
Nakivubo Stadium (Hamz Stadium)
Nakivubo memorial ground is situated in the heart of Kampala. It is near Owino local market and surrounded by ham shopping malls. Nakivubo is one of the oldest pitches in Uganda. The government of Uganda in partnership with a local developer engineered its re-establishment. It now tempts visitors with impressive new architectural designs.
Mutesa II Stadium (Wankulukuku)
Found in Wankulukuku, Mutesa II is the home venue of the Express football club. It is named after Mutesa II, one of the prominent kings of the Buganda kingdom. It is 35 kilometers from Entebbe and 10 km from the CBD.
St Mary’s Stadium (Kitende)
Opened in 2017, St Mary’s is one of the newly constructed stadiums in Uganda. It sits in Kitende along Entebbe road and is the official residence of the Sports club Vipers. This club belongs to DR Lawrence Mulindwa, a renowned businessman in the country. This ground is the nearest for those coming from Entebbe Airport.
